A cooling-loop pre-treatment that flushes the debris water-cooling components carry out of manufacturing. It prepares the system for its final coolant by removing residue and buildup from every wetted surface, which is what keeps the coolant that follows from having to do cleaning work it was never formulated for.
SysPrep
Everyday pre-treatment. Flushes out what manufacturing left behind, before coolant ever touches metal.
Why the full 48 hours
This is chemistry doing the work, not scrubbing. It needs the full run time.
Cut short
Debris stays on the surfaces a brush never reaches, and your coolant ends up doing the cleaning.
48 hours or more
Normal use is fine. The heat helps it break debris down faster.
Use it in five steps
- 1
Leak-test first
SysPrep runs two full days. Test on plain water first.
- 2
Mix the whole bottle
Into a gallon of DI or distilled, shake 30 s. Or add it to the reservoir.
- 3
Fill, bleed, run 48 h
Tilt the case to clear air. Normal use is fine.
- 4
Drain and flush
Until it runs clear with no foam. Debris coming out is the job working.
- 5
Fill next, right away
PrimoPrep or your coolant. Never leave it on plain water.

- Use as a coolantIt conditions the loop. It does not protect it.
