SysPrep: conditioning a new loop before final coolant
SysPrep conditions a brand-new loop before its first real fill. It neutralizes pH, dislodges the debris every fresh build sheds off machining and assembly, and gets every wetted surface ready for the coolant that follows. This assumes the loop is already leak-tested and, if the radiators are new, already flushed with Rad Clean — SysPrep is not a substitute for either.

Confirm the loop is leak-free first
SysPrep runs for two full days — pressure-test or run a paper-towel leak test before you mix anything. See the leak-testing guide if you have not done this yet.
A slow weep that is invisible in a 20-minute bench check can put real volume on a component over 48 hours of continuous circulation.
