PETG is forgiving compared to acrylic — it bends at a lower temperature and it fails gradually rather than shattering. That also makes it easy to rush. This is the rhythm that produces bends with no flat spots, no scorching and no cloudiness.

You'll need
PETG tubing · buy 25% more than you measure
Silicone insert cord · matched to tube ID
Heat gun with variable temperature
Bending mandrel or 90° jig
Tube cutter and deburring tool
Measuring tape, marker, lint-free cloth

Buy more tube than you need
Add at least 25 percent to your measured total. Cut generous and trim down.
