Vue

An opaque, pre-mixed, pre-filtered coolant. Pick a colour and watch what it does in a loop — then read what it is doing at the molecular level.

Ready to use·32 oz / .9 L·Opaque·24 colours
A show coolant, not a daily driver
Built to be prepped, filled, photographed, and drained — not run indefinitely. Long runs happen, but that is the exception, not the design.
Full teardown + prep required
Every surface cleaned, then SysPrep → flush → PrimoPrep → flush, before Vue goes in. Both guides below.
Nothing else goes in the bottle
No dyes, no biocides, no water — ever. Topping off a low reservoir means more Vue, not water.
Run your pump as slow as you can
Higher flow shears the suspension apart faster. Slower is better, as long as your thermals hold.

Swatches are visual approximations of the listed range — always confirm against a physical sample for a colour-matched build.

How it works

A suspension, not a dye

Conventional coloured coolants are dyes in solution — the colour dissolves and the fluid stays transparent and tinted. Vue holds fine solid particulate evenly throughout the fluid instead, which is what produces a flat, saturated, non-transparent colour. A suspension only reads as solid while it stays suspended, and that is the entire engineering problem this product solves.

Why it asks more of your prep

Machining oil, brazing flux and plasticiser all interfere with suspension. In a clear loop you might see a faint film and shrug. In an opaque loop the same contamination shows as separation — colour pooling low in the reservoir, thinner fluid above it. Almost every "my Vue separated" is a loop that went together without a full prep.

UV behaviour

Three greens in the range are UV reactive. The rest are not, and no amount of UV lighting will make them glow — reactivity is a property of the specific formulation. Continuous UV exposure does degrade any dye package over time, so treat heavy UV lighting as a reason to inspect more often.

Service interval

Fill slowly, bleed for 24 hours with the pump running and the system off. Check every fitting twice — a paper towel under each joint tells you more than a pressure gauge.

For Vue specifically

Vue’s in-loop lifespan depends on how you run it, not the calendar — pump speed and system complexity both wear the suspension down faster than time alone. Light, occasional use can carry a fill well past a year; a loop run hard and continuously can wear one out in weeks. Unopened, the bottle is good for 6 months from purchase — install and use it within a reasonable window rather than letting it sit. Top up only with more Vue, never plain water.
