Pure
The performance-first clear. No colour, no additives, nothing between the loop and the numbers.
Pure ships in a single finish — clear. There is no colour range to choose from, which is the point: nothing in the bottle exists to be looked at.
Why no colour at all
Every dye and pigment is additional chemistry in the fluid, and additional chemistry is additional opportunity for something to drop out of suspension, plate onto a surface, or shift pH. Pure removes that variable entirely. If your priority is a loop that behaves predictably under sustained load rather than one that photographs well, this is the trade you want.
Built for sustained load
Low viscosity and low chemical content mean the fluid moves easily and carries very little that could deposit in a fin stack. For an overclocked system running hot for hours at a time, keeping the fin channels genuinely clear matters more than any marginal difference in specific heat.
Do not improve it
Pure already carries what it needs. Adding Liquid Utopia or another inhibitor package on top oversaturates the formulation and can push the chemistry somewhere neither product was designed for. If you want a concentrate you dose yourself, buy a concentrate.
Fill slowly, bleed for 24 hours with the pump running and the system off. Check every fitting twice — a paper towel under each joint tells you more than a pressure gauge.
Pure is good for about 12 months running in a loop — sooner if you notice temperatures drifting upward with no other obvious cause, which is the practical sign it is time for a change regardless of the calendar. Top up with more Pure or plain DI water — a little dilution will not hurt performance, though heavy topping off with water will soften the colour over time.
